Techron Always-On Social

After rolling out a new North America online campaign, I was also tasked with launching an always-on social channel that would resonate with Techron’s audience of car buffs, weekend warriors and hobbyists. My goal was to make Techron the voice of fun, enabled by high performance and reliability. Using the brand’s social content pillars as a guide I concepted content series, and oversaw the production of many months worth of content for the brand.

Pride and Joy

Techron’s audience cares a lot about maintaining their vehicles and it shows in the pride they have for them. Each month, we solicited images from our followers with the chance for them to be featured in the feed. We also honored their pride and joy by changing Techron’s FaceBook cover photo to a custom image of their vehicle for the month they were featured.

Techron Teaches

Techron enables automotive fun seekers by providing peace of mind when it comes to preventative maintenance from inside the engine but what about the rest of the car? This simple content series served up 3 general car tips each month, using a graphic animated approach and helped our audience care for their cars, inside and out.

Funspiration (Funspo)

We encouraged the adventurous spirit of our audience with this content series—an octane-fueled take on the once and ever popular #fitspo social content that people use to motivate their workouts via social media. But in this case, we made it about motivating vehicular recreation.

Name That Part

In this content series, we challenged our more mechanically minded followers to guess the name of an obscure engine-related part.
